Returns and Exchanges
The customer must notify their intention to withdraw from the purchase to the seller within the specified period by email at contact@thedola.com.
You have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to return items for a refund or exchange. The cost of returns is borne by the customer. Please note that returned items must not have been worn, used, or washed. Items with detached labels and those in poor condition will not be eligible for return. DOLA reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Products in the "books, accessories, and beauty" categories cannot be returned.

À noter que les pièces retournées ne doivent pas avoir été portées, utilisées ou lavées. Les pièces dont l'étiquette a été détachée et étant en mauvais état ne pourront pas faire l'objet d'un retour. DOLA se réserve le droit de refuser tout retour ne remplissant pas ces conditions.
Les produits des catégories « books, accessories et beauty » ne peuvent donc pas faire l’objet d’un retour.
